Will my insurance cover counselling?
If you plan on using your extended healthcare benefits, you can double-check with your insurance provider or HR to confirm that your plan covers visits with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). 'RCC' is my clinical designation. A receipt for reimbursement will be sent to you after each session.
What are your rates?
Individual sessions are 60 mins, 75 mins or 90 mins long, and the rate is $170 (60 mins)/ $195 (75 mins)/ $220 (90 mins), Couples or family sessions are 90 mins or 120 mins long, and the rate is $235 (90 mins)/ $285 (120 mins).
What are the payment options?
E-transfer, credit card or cash are accepted, and payment is due by the date of your appointment.
If paying by e-transfer, payment can be made anytime before your next appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee - the amount of the booked session.
